| Re: NLP and sport Football (soccer) based here in the UK is a preference, I'm gaining clinical hypnotherpay certification and will be branching my business into sports enhancment (hopefully). Any sport will do initially as the mental process, accessing peak states and programming yourself through mental rehearsal would be useful across the board I suppose. The more I read, the more I learn, the better I get. | Re: NLP and sport Dr. Will Horton has a ten step technique which he sells for around a hundred dollars by way of video tapes and manual. He demonstrates, teaches and explains the ten steps in around three hours or so. You do the exercises with people. It includes performance training and programming, not only sports.
