but found out Forel was a racist who believed in Eugenics and the
mastery of the human race.

Can you perhaps give us some idea why you think this might have been a
source of NLP? From the little bit I skimmed, it seems to be typical
hypnosis of the early 20th century... with some older ideas mixed in,
including something pretty close to Mesmer's Etheric Fluid. Which would
certainly make it part of the backdrop of NLP, as several hypnotists
were modeled (Erickson and LeCron, for instance), but perhaps not a
direct source.

Also... the various biographies I found of Forel emphasize his role as
a pacifist, a member of the Bahai faith, and his work studying ants...
Where does the evil genius part come in?

Anyway... thanks for posting the book... I will read more.
