Default Re: A hypnosis problem

p2prince, What you are experiencing is quite common. The EGO feels
threatened (Fear of Loss of Control) by PRESENT TIME and will trick
your Mind/Body memory to access the Past that is Past or the Future
that has not happened yet. This is one of the major reasons people
can't get good quality trance depth. The EGO acts like a break. Buy a
hand-held event
counter to record the number of random thoughts you have per
minute/hour. You may find you have little time to be full-sensory
'conscious' in PRESENT TIME. Very few hypnotists have the skills or
techniques to get people 'conscious.' Bouncing IN and OUT of PRESENT
TIME does not a smooth ride make. And you won't find any help in
hypnosis books. If you would like the specific techniques, contact me
in private. LOVE-DeepTrance

Ok, so I've tried self hypnosis, and unfortunately I've got OCD, at

Ok so when I go in to trance. Sometimes a memory of my sister or
someone else calling me an idiot, stupid or retard comes up. I
personally know that I have an Iq of 120, but does this suggestion
influence me? I usually wake up from trance, at least I think so, or I
was never there..., because I'm awake and I can open my eyes and I
don't feel
anything special except a sensation of numbness and heaviness.
