I'm sorry, what exactly do you give away for free... I'm sure I could
learn from you

While we're at it, why don't we contact campbell's soups and let them
have a piece of our mind..."They oughta be giving that stuff away for
free" It's not like they have a busineess to take care of. Tell me,
how exactly do you go about choosing who gets free stuff and who
doesn't. Now I'm not going to say that giving free stuff is bad for
business...and I believe it actually helps businesses in the long run!
BUT, it's kinda selfish for customers to demand free stuff...it shows
that they are lazy and don't want to take "responsibilty" for their own
wants and needs. Their is always a price for everything and If I want
or need it, then I'm going to spend the necessary amount to get it.
That's what makes this country so great...I can be compensated for my
services and creations...it's the power of the mind and a free society!

I agree to an extent that some of these guys should be a little more
professional for the sake of their reputation as it relates to their
business...but If you don't like it, then leave the forum... Just like
if you don't like a TV show then don't watch it. Just like those moms
that call into Howard Stern and complain because the show is "bad"...
It's the price of a free society...

Why don't you talk to your boss and tell him/her that you want to work
for free...just enough so you can pay your bills.

I have yet to know a successful business that ran on charity... If you
want to make a living and do charity work in the self-improment field
then do it...If you can come up with an idea then it might be very
successful and help alot of people...go for it!

You seem to have a good grip on things Unka... I respect your
views...but not really your way of expressing them, at times. Maybe
thats not for me to judge but in this post you did make yourself much
more clearer...and not so personal...

When it comes down to it, it doesn't matter the quality of the product,
but in the way it is sold...and the perception it puts in the mind of
the prospect...for those that believe or not believe it will work, they
are right! For those willing to learn the minds potential and its
buttons, they get back what energy they put out in the universe...

One more thing... You are right that the principle of reciprocity works
wonders in the business world...But it will not work when the prospect
is demanding it... It must be personal and special...
