Which book deals the best with group rapport?

More like business meetings where it's important to be in rapport
with two or more people at the same time.

The usual mirroring & matching isn't suitable if the persons you're
matching are very different.

Actually if you're in a caffe and there are some people who are already
in rappor. You can just mirror the "head guy" who leads the rest of the
group. That way they will automatically go in to rappor with you.
