Sometimes when one beliefs is balanced, another one might pop up. The belief and the associated emotional states (constructs of that belief). Search for the "Presuppositions of the 3-D Mind" on the web page address I posted. > > Ok, I understand that you need to work with every belief. > But when you work with one belief, how much you need to work with it? > How much time (how much 3D-Mind passing, or whatever you do in 3D-Mind?) > with one belief? > Eg. every day 30min, every few days 30min, etc.? > Work once per belief. 5~15 mins each belief. So, you say, for one belief I need only 5~15 min, only one time? No repetition (after few days, few weeks), or someting more? And, change is permanent? Then I don't need to find "root/master belief", I can change any bad belief I can think of? 10 min per belief, and for example if I have 10 beliefs (and beliefs - stron or weak), I need 1.5h to change it all (or 3 days per 30min)? Am I right about all this? > Again, here's the address of the essential-skills web page address I > posted. > > http://www.essential-skills.com/cont...6ebb8fddc04ab5 Yes, I did read it, but it could be just "advertizing". You know ..... |
