| Just received an info pack from the purenlp.com guys. I'm considering attending one of the seminars they hold in Orlando - Persuasion Engineering, Meditation, Magick & Change, or Charisma Enhancement. If anyone can provide a review of any of these courses (taken within the last year) or point me to a "review site", I'd be quite appreciative. My goals from attending bridge from enhancing my presentation skills to building confidence in new environments to maintaining motivation in things I need to but don't want to do. Thanks in advance. Oh yeah, I have no formal NLP training, just a smorsgasborg of info - some good some bad, from various websites. If you happen to be highly anti-Bandler or anti-LaValle, do save your fingers the energy of typing something negative. --Onesirian (Lawrence) |

| I believe all these courses require some degree of NLP experience. In the UK the meditation course is called "Altered states, Shamanic states and basic Brain exploration". I attended this course (about 4 years ago), there were some great moments, Bandler was on fire, but about 80% was of no interest to me. part of the seminar involves inducing trance in others and so some experience of this is required. I thought John La Valle was rubbish. Charisma enhancement is called Trainers Training in the UK. I haven't done it, but they usually suggest it is a course for master practitioners. This is the course about presenting/public speaking etc. I have an acquaintance who has done it but he was a little vague about what he got from it. Whether this helps or not I don't know. I neither love or hate Bandler, I have had good experiences at his seminars I have attended, and no bad experiences. They are real good fun.
