Maybe it is time to consider someething different....Check out the 3D Mind

I recently asked our 3D Mind group which ones of them had been working on
shyness and social anxiety with the 3D Mind technique. Here are a few of the
responses.

"This have been quite the journey for me. I started out a year and a
half ago very insecure, intimidated, feeling inferior, not good
enough, ugly, feeling like no one wanted to hang out with me, that I
was bothersome, that if people seen me coming they would be like "oh
god don't look but here he comes!" I felt like I was interupting
peoples good time. I isolated myself from other people.

I have cleared out so much stuff with 3d mind that looking back at
the past 2-3 years of my life I don't recognize myself. That person
then seems like a completely different person than who I am now and
it seems like a dream that I went through all of that.

I was just thinking about this earlier today, how 1 1/2 years ago I
would have been so intimidated or feeling inferior or insecure that I
wouldn't consider going to any social event. Now this coming weekend
me and a bunch of friends are having a bbq and I have been thinking
about the "getting past hello" seminar and what kind of plan I am
going to have, what states I want to elicit in them and how I want to
connect with poeple who are at the bbq.

Now it is not about how I am not good enough or that they won't like
me but it is about how can I connect with people having a richer
quality of interaction than before.

I know that I am able to go up to people and talk with them now, but
what I want now is to connect with them on a deeper level. focus more
on quality than quantity.

Right now with my rapport skills I am at level 2 where people are
more comfortable around me. I feel ready to move onto level 3 where I
can get a sense of what they are feeling.

One thing that I am having challenges with now is working on having a
genuine interest in other people, what their life is like. And what
is stopping me is that I am noticing some resentment, and anger and
pain that is beginning to surface. Resentment that other poeple didnt
or don't have a genuine interest in me, or what my life is like.

So that is something that I want to 3D Mind.

The biggest shift that I noticed is when I worked on 2 beliefs.
1) I am Ugly
What I am noticing now is a belief that I am plain. So that is
something else to work on.
2) I am a stranger
This for some reason suprised me as a belief. It caused me to be very
formal, distant, and reserved when I would be around people. Almost
like I was in a formal job interview or something. Now that I have
taken care of that I am able to connect with people and am more
relaxed and fun to be around.


So far that is my experience with Shyness and 3D Mind. the next 2
things that I am going to work on (once I finish the 7 day drill on
other stuff.) is:
The belief I am Plain

and the resentment and anger that is popping up.

"I've worked on my social anxiety into which I lumped approaching people. I
had reduced my social anxiety to, I guess, what is called shyness. To do
this, I worked on balancing a sort of "if this doesn't go well, I'm fucked"
belief system dealing with events and beliefs that go into interacting with
others. I worked with the webinar about caring about what others think,
too. There was always something remaining.

I always felt the need to hide my self. My self was bad somehow. I believe
I have balanced that belief now. I've been taking it out for a test drive.
Its hard to describe the difference. No bells. No whistles or fireworks.
For the first time, I just feel comfortable in my own skin. And, I'm not
spending time worrying about what others are thinking or how they're going
to be reacting to me like I used to.

"I can track some of my changes back to these two beliefs:

I am clumsy
Drivers: Embarrassed, Fool, Incapable

This one made me embarrassed when I did a mistake in front of
other people. Like if I had to tie my shoelace in public or if I
accidentally pushed something onto the floor or similar mistake.

I am unwanted
Drivers: Anger, Annoying, Uncertainty

This one made me embarrassed when I wanted to approach strangers.
Actually it was hidden behind some other belief that made me
nervous doing that.

Now it feels a bit weird approaching people, but there is no
bad feelings stopping me, so I guess it is just because I need to
get used to do it.

I'm still testing my boundaries to find more problems to fix.

I have been doing the 3dmind drill for sometime now, (I think I am on
day 22 or smthng) I did a change last week which I cannot put my hand
to but changed my interactions dramatically.

I used to be terrified when I was around people. I always felt like I
needed to prove myself in one way or anther or people would laugh and
point at me and make fun of me. As you observed from very close(first
row in the seminar that put enormous pressure on me.

There are 22000 changes I have noticed but one of the coolest ones is
I was forced to impress people in the past, so my intent was that. Now
my intent is to make people have fun. Thats a damn change! Cuz that
also means I can act goofy but feel good cuz I see that the other part
is having fun

Surely it didnt end my fear totally , I still feel more intimidated
when I am around girls compared to boys but whateva I ve got 28000
more days to do the 3dmind everyday till I die so thats gonna go one
day anyways

One cool mindset change I made is I dont care about which day of the
drill I am in anymore and its not a 7day drill anymore. The 7day drill
helped me turn this into a habit, so that I can do it even on days
when I am not feeling top notch. My drill is now the 35 day drill.
Whenever I happen to think about problems I tell myself " I will see
where I have arrived 35 days later , not now" I mean 35 days is gonna
pass anyways. Life is gonna pass. So I better do one bit everyday and
observe changes 35 days later instead of trying to change everything
in one day and feel miserable. Really, this mindset made a huge
change. I can just blend the craziest resources with the moronest
problems cuz I know I have 35 days more

Nice try but it has nothing to do with any antagonisms between NLP and 3d

It has to do with the way that tom insults his target market and still
thinks that he is so great that people will still buy from him.
It has to do with the way that tom makes unsubstantiated claims and
refuses to provide verifiable evidence to back up those claims.
It has to do with the way that tom claims that unnamed 'customers' in the
thousands tell him how great his 3d bullshit it... the key word here
being 'unnamed'. Just more unsubstantiated claims that any intelligent
person is obligated to disbelieve if they wist to remain true to their

It has to do with the apparent fact that tom has graduated from the gordy
