| Fear is the most common emotion that gets in the way of success. It might be fear of public speaking, fear of asking for a raise, fear of approaching women. Fear of intimacy. Fear of confrontation. Fear of success. Fear of letting go. It doesn't matter what the fear is applied to. It is all still fear. It is a very primal emotion. Let me give you some help understanding fear. Fear has a very unique effect on the brain. The more afraid you are the less access you have two the creative and adaptive abilities of your brain. The less access you have two the creative and adaptive abilities of your brain the more fear gets generated. You may be able to use willpower to overcome fear temporarily. Eventually the fear will always win until you actually do something to break the cycle of fear. While it might only be apparent in one or two areas of your life I can guarantee that if you have this kind of fear it affects everything you do. This fear can become a trap. I can make you overly cautious. I can make you withdraw and hide from the world. I can keep you trapped in the job that you hate. I can keep you from having the relationships that you crave. Anybody that has been trapped by this kind of fear knows exactly what I'm talking about. Let me tell you a little bit about myself and how fear almost ruined my life. I used to be one of those people that you would never notice in a group. I would think of something interesting to say about the time I got over the fear that conversation had moved well past my comment. It fueled my procrastination. The I was certifiably shy. The result was that would wander through the world complaining about how life wasn't fair to me. I would let people stomp all over me and say nothing. I would put up with lousy service. I would sit and watch as other men walked away with the women that I was interested in. I would also sit and watch as other people would get promotions or jobs that I knew I was better qualified for. Fear is the most primal emotion there is. On the other hand it is a very important emotion. It keeps you from doing stupid things. It makes you careful. The problem is when fear becomes an overwhelming emotion. That is when I gets in the way. Imagine your biggest fear. At first it seems like something so massive that there is no way we could possibly find your way around it. This is actually what happens inside of the physical brain. Fear builds a neurological connection to the primal brain. It generates a behavior that actually becomes stronger through time if you don't do anything about it. The answer isn't to eliminate fear. That would lead to a whole other basket of problems. Imagine not being afraid to jump off a cliff or step in front of a car . Working on things like this is what motivated Kim and I to develop the 3-D Mind. We met so many people who read so much potential for letting fear it in the way of them realizing that potential. How does the 3-D mind accomplish this? The 3-D mind accomplishes this by using the concept of balance. Through our studies of Chinese medicine, Qi Gong and other disciplines we discovered that the best solution for one thing is not going all the way into the opposite direction. When you have a balanced mind then you can have fear and still be able to accomplish things. Fear will do its job of keeping you careful yet not build an impenetrable wall that you cannot break through. The beauty of the 3-D Mind is that you don't have to go into the past and dredge up all kinds of unpleasant memories and relive them to take care of the problem. You don't have to find someone in your life to blame. You don't have to spend endless hours of self-examination. All you have to do is decide what it is that you do want to do. That is the first question of the 3-D mind. What you want to be able to do? The 3-D Mind is more than just a process. It is an entirely different philosophy of change than most people are used to. First of all it is easy to learn. Second is easy to use. No, it is not a magic pill that will fix all of your problems with one use. Using the 3-D Mind is your first step down a path to cleaning up all the garbage that keeps you from getting what you want. Many of you have made the decision to learn some very powerful tools. Some of you have used them to generate massive success in your life. Others know what the tools are but have yet to bring themselves to actually use them. It is time to move to the next level in your life. This September and Atlanta we are holding the 3-D Mind seminar. This seminar is designed to start you down the path of living a balanced life by using a balanced mind. We want you to be able to take the tools you could learn and start applying them and making them part of your life rather than a collection on your shelf. If you're tired of being afraid then you just must get to the 3-D Mind seminar. It is time for you to become the person that you have the potential of becoming. If you like to make that decision today than here is where you want to go. http://essential-skills.com/3dmpracatlanta.htm We only have one spot left for the early seminar discount.
