Just to answer a few who have privately e-mailed, YES the price is
£999 and this includes full NLP certification with Richard Bandler's
Society of NLP.
We have a policy of always making pricing very clear in adverts and on
sites and refraining from hidden costs, gimmicks and supposedly "free
offers" than turn out not to be so!

So what does this CERTIFICATION do for you? Can you use it to gain
employment or a degree as a therapist?
What does this certifcation actually do for you except say you passed
a course, which neither proves your competence or ability to do
anything reguarding nlp, just churn them out, and collect the money.

Good to see you here! Personally I agree that "certification" does not
qualify a person to be a therapist and its not a magnet for employment
opportunities.
However if someone wants to leran how to use NLP skills (its not
compulsory!) then we offer a very good training course for doing so
judging from the feedback
from a wide range of attendees. We get a wide range of attendees but
to date few tax collectors!

Personally I see them a bit like souvenirs and no more than that. I
always impress on delegates that the certificate is not the training

In Provocative Therapy Frank refuses to have certifications and as a
PT trainer I totally agree! On the recent DVD set we are folmed having
a discussion where he slates the idea of certifications!

Any NLP trainings we run are about people learning a set of skills and
demonstrating results. Curiously I do agree with you about much of the
crazy hype about NLP and have consistantly said so, even when some
folks take offence!

I suppose there is also the issue of customer expectations; rightly or
wrongly, people in the UK at least, expect to receive certificates when
they attend courses.

One reason for this is that our tax people accept the certificates as
proof of attendance if you are claiming the tax back as continuous
professional development!

also insurance companies require certificates before giving cover.
Frank's comment when we spoke about this last night was the USA style
shift to instant gratification and the craziness of depicting someone
as a "master" of anything in just a few days/weeks!

This event is now fully booked as we don't have more than 30 delegates
