| Hi, I'm looking for something fairly specific here. First off, someone who is either a professional therapist, or skilled with NLP / Hypnosis. If you can work with me and get good changes happening, then money, hourly rate is not an issue. My criteria and past experience/issues are as follows... - I need to be able to feel more like myself and apply what I am learning right away - I need this to not interfere with my schedule, work performance or sleep patterns - I keep a good exercise schedule 5-7 times per week; this needs to not be messed with either - You need to be smart enough to not get frustrated with me - I quit smoking after about 15 years, but I find the urge to occassionally cheat due to the social anxiety / escape feelings I have when out. - I am 32 years old - At 6 feet tall I am 215 lbs and trying to get down to 180, via cardio and diet, at that weight I will have a nice body like I did early 20s, and feel alot better talking to girls - I have had problems getting lazy, back into smoking/overeating when in relationships - I studied NLP and conversational hypnosis and I have a lot of skills I often feel I should not use, but I am pretty damn good at them when I do - I worked with a NLP practitioner for a couple years who did therapy, while I learned alot from him I find delving into past issues a BIG waste of time - During the past couple years, working with a therapist, I stopped dating entirely - I need to work with someone who is sharp, smart and gets things done and gives me ways to get where I want to be that are on-target and don't waste my time.
