| I'm afraid of flying, and I'm sure I've got many emotions entagled about it (i used to love it). Anyway, I've tried many exercises (visual swish, backwards movie, auditory swithc, disociation, etc) and don't seem to get any better, maybe I'm doing them wrong? Maybe I cant be helped by NPL? Any input will be greatly appreciated Best wishes |

For stress and fear states self-treatment I also recommend EFT. www.emofree.com has lots of free resources for this. Greg |
