Default Does NLP really help with phobia

I'm afraid of flying, and I'm sure I've got many emotions entagled
about it (i used to love it). Anyway, I've tried many exercises
(visual swish, backwards movie, auditory swithc, disociation, etc) and
don't seem to get any better, maybe I'm doing them wrong? Maybe I cant
be helped by NPL? Any input will be greatly appreciated

Best wishes

In my experience NLP often works better when applied by someone else.
Get a friend to help, or you could try putting the instructions on tape.
For stress and fear states self-treatment I also recommend EFT.
www.emofree.com has lots of free resources for this.

Thanks, recording them sounds like a very good Idea, I'll try that,
especially since finding a practitioner in my city has proven very
difficutl
