This workshop is for both therapists and non-therapists wishing to know more
about the < em>inner game of weight loss and successful slimming. This is
not about diets or exercise, but is rather about the "head stuff" that
blocks so many people from achieving their outcome.

The Introduction to Hypnosis Weekend

In the past this has proven to be an immensely popular workshop designed to
take you from novice to skilled hypnotist. No previous experience is
necessary and this is suitable for psychology students, counsellors and
others in the therapy professions as well as the layman who just wishes to
be able to demonstrate the skills of the professional hypnotist.
