| Hi! I'd just like to introduce myself and tell you about myself. Any introduction will work so I just wanted to make head way into contributing to this group whenever I am available. I just got back from my parents house helping them clean glass beads that they make for jewelry. I've been helping them out by cleaning them. Anyways, it's always good to see my folks especially now, since we can begin to have healing conversations. We use to talk about a ton of my problems and the conversations would get so heated that my dad had to walk away. Oh course he did it tonight too, but he came back this time because my mom and I finally got to a different play in our conversation. It use to be that we would just throw our opinions at each other and very get anywhere or have any connection. It was a brutal battle for being right and telling each other what we thought was best for each other. Anyways, I don't know why I'm telling you this as an introduction, but I'm happy that I can finally talk to my parents about my life (even though it can get heated). My parents had always pushed medication and pharmacology on me and they did it again tonight. This time I couldn't take it anymore. My mom kept repeating "...but your mental illness" I said "what do you mean mental illness, can you be more specific? Can you give me the behaviors that I do, what you see..." This wonderful lady said "well your angry and agitated..." I was SO HAPPY because now we could go some where in our conversation and talk about it. The reason I was so angry and agitated was because I'm so pissed off at people who violate my values that I have wanted that I could never hold the values constant. I had got wrapped up into so many addictions that it wasn't even funny. I was angry and agitated because I had let a bunch of drug users, alcoholics, womanizers, thieves, and liars get the best of me. So I've really been beginning to get a hold on myself and deal with some of my real issues and that's letting someone persuade me to do something I don't want to do. I'm so happy that I now have renewed my sense of self. If you have seen the 2007 3D Mind videos, I'm the one that Tom walks through the demo on the 2nd DVD. That change has changed my life. All the other changes that I have been doing are building on top of those changes that I've made. So that's my introduction. I look forward to kicking some butt on this list! Enjoy, Ken |

Perhaps it was because Tom asked you to? -- John |
