| I work as an actor, and have studied method acting as well as NLP. I do combine it a lot, and I'm struck with the similarities between for example image work and sense memory and the application of anchoring, and in some instances I find NLP techniques way better than traditional acting techniques. On the other hand, studying method acting has had a huge carryover to my NLP as I become more intuitive and less technically "bound". I've never read anything that combines these things, and it would be a huge asset to me as I have a lot of experience in both fields but there is a gap there that I'd like to fill in. I would also be really interested in getting in contact with anyone who do both NLP and acting. |
