Default the place of NLP among other factors

my thoughts:

bruce lipton, biology of belief, is great. Robert Anton Wilson is
great. They both talk of "energy psychologies", whether wilson uses
that word or not, but lipton does. They are not psychologies, but more
like energy technologies. NLP and it's related and associated,
hypnosis, etc is as well.

NLP and hypnosis seek to optimize our mind-programs and mind-states-
two separate things. This can help control pain or reprogram ourselves
for success and self-confidence. Great- personal power.

my thoughts, we both are one organism with a 'mind' component and
'body' component. Spiritually I believe we are spirits wearing a body
of flesh, but you don't have to believe that to follow. But just
because we can manipulate the mind and believe things, doesn't mean we
can swallow cyanide and not reap the consequences.

There's a holy law, or the laws of life, I believe. There is no
freedom from the law, there is only freedom through the law. In as
much as it's in accord with the the law, a thing can be called "good".
This includes nlp at it's best.

Natural Hygiene is a philosophy of life and health, a body of
knowledge, based on principle and on harnessing all the laws of life
(not some). to degree this has occurred is debatable, but that's
intention. It's of course based on mind and body as one.

We put the best fuel in our body for nutrition as well as think the
best thoughts with the best strategies and states of mind.

Acupuncture meridians, which I know very little about, are just one
thing. it's not everything. meditation is not everything. language is
not everything. Often what one is good at one is proud of and they
consider, everything. it's not. health/life is as strong/great as it's
weakest link.

My story is as follows. Several years ago I realized the benefit of a
plant based diet, and the evils of flesh eating. I don't care what
people believe, because caring about what people believe is a bad
strategy for finding personal peace, which I seek. if I care what
people believe I will never find peace. At the same time, a light is
not hidden under a blanket, but meant to shine in the darkness. I feel
I've been given light and it's my duty to bear witness, which I'm
doing now. Whether you believe or not is your business, but my
business is to give light. This is a recipe for peace.

I have no agenda in and of myself, for personal gain, so what could
possibly be my motive? Why should I care whether animals and junk
foods get purveyed? I only say this to the cynical. The cynical may
remain so. But who was it that says- even if you don't believe in god,
god believes in you. whether they remain cynical about my motives is
their business, but it is they who have to live with themselves. my
business is to bear witness.

it's not only everyone's health here that I care about and have
compassion for. I do, but am I greater than God, who has given all
free will? So ye all have free will, use it wisely! There are no
'shoulds' in my philosophy, only causes and effects, consequences
which can't be avoided once the seed is established. Sow the wind,
reap the whirlwind. But it's not just for your sake I'm bearing
witness, but the animals that would otherwise suffer, as well as
mother earth, who suffers as well from the ecological devastation from
poor food choices.

Good dairy, raw goats milk, etc, is not that bad for health, ok or
results necessarily in ill treatment of animals. but most people eat
factory raised cows milk, full of drugs and antibiotics. Not just
animal products are problematic, but there's so many things to be
against, it's easier to be for the things that are good for health.

I myself occasionally live only on fruits and vegetables, raw, but
that path is for the few, not the many, and even then I'm not
100percent. I don't advocate judgementalism, or self-glorification.
but the ideal natural foods will result in quicker more thorough
satiation, meaning naturally want to eat less calories- actually the
'right amount of calories for most people, as their own bodies know
best. when you eat nutrition poor food, your cells still call for more
food as they are 'hungry' for nutrients, thus leading to obesity. Also
fat-soluble toxins are stored in the body as fat. the right foods
don't deliver these toxins. both bode well for optimal weight control,
but seek not ideal weight. rather, seek true health, and optimal
weight will be found. otherwise you can end up on a hight fat/protein
diet and lose weight, and lose health along with it. I don't mean to
offend, only provoke

Best foods. Fruits- eat ripe and fresh as much as desired. be a kid
again with this. Serious! Free your mind from phobia of fruit. eat it
or not, but don't be phobic of it. Do the nlp phobia cure.

Oh yeah, hygiene teaching no such thing as 'cure', only the body's
self-healing when causes of dis-ease are removed. so nobody cures
other people's phobias. Their own minds heal themselves of phobias as
the practitioner/hypnotist creates for them opportunities, or tends
the well of truth. But since discovering hygiene, I am no longer fond
of the word 'cure' even though it may be too fanatic of me, but
because to me, semantics are important.

Fruits, eat as much as you care for, always, especially on empty
stomach. Greens and non spicy or bitter vegetables as well. I honestly
believe people can stop here, so long as they get enough fruit to meet
their caloric needs and keep the fat level low-10-15 percent of
calories. But whole grains and cooked starches are good, as well as
truly good dairy and some other minor things, which I don't consume,
but moderately consumed aren't bad- yogurt, honey, etc. Again I won't
consume these but enjoy!

This works for me and there is much more I could tell- difference
between fuel and energy- food is fuel, nerve energy is separate thing.
much more- emotional causes of food. I find actually I have few
cravings. I no longer see it as willpower, but as meeting my physical
(mostly this) and emotional needs, that cravings lose their steam.
it's not willpower, but eating enough fruits and carbs that my
cravings for junk food fall off. Not willpower, but eating fruit! is a
craving for a healthy substance, should that be called a craving? Do I
crave oxygen? Well, um, yeah I guess I do!

Some people think of fruit as supermarket apples and oranges and
grapes imported from half way around the world, and bananas. tropical
fruit as well as even non tropical, is full, full, FULL of interesting
KINDS and thousands of varieties within each kind. As well as
different starchy roots and tubers

People think they are justified religiously by consuming meat. I don't
mean to tell people how to live but to bear witness. The last couple
years I feel I've matured more spiritually. I cast seeds among ye.
Some may get offended, thinking, who is he to think as such, about
himself and me? I do not intend this. Harden not your hearts. I think
paul preached a different gospel than yahshua. I think either moses
didn't write first five books or they were heavily corrupted by
demons. I would never worship a god of such animal sacrifice. yet I
believe in yahshua. I know he ate fish, supposedly. I can't *prove* he
didn't but can give I think some *evidence* that he didn't, and the
messages of my own heart are more proof at least to myself. There are
different gospels that didn't get in the bible that ascribe him as
saying meat is unlawful, and him protecting ill treatment of animals.
Some believethese don't have any credibility among the non canonical
gospels. i'm not sure either- one's word against anothers, yet they
speak to my heart. These are Gospel of Holy 12- Ousley translator,
Essene Gospel of peace, and Ebionite Clementine Homilies. In the
mainstream gospels though too- Where was the lamb of passover? Why
didn't Yahshua eat this? Also where was meat in the garden of eden?
Why did Y cast out the moneychangers of the temple? I think largely
because they were buying and selling beasts for slaughter. So I can't
"prove" that Yahshua was vegetarian but I just gave you some evidence,
and there's even more if you seek. Anyway I can't imagine the king of
compassion, lord of love, prince of peace, with blood running down his
cheeks from beef. So religiously, to say that one who teaches
vegetarianism is demon inspired cause of works of a man- a good man
perhaps but not the true teacher- Paul, is ridiculous, nonsense, in my
opinion, while they go on eating beef.

And I think this diet issue matters in life greatly. One person said-
"hell swallows him who swallows meat". It is not me who said that. I
can't say who goes where, but symbolically, when one eats of death of
another, their own conscience creates a hellfire within, a burning
conscience.

But seek ye first the kingdom of heaven, which is within, and all
other things shall be added. I don't care whether people call
themselves christians or buddhists, OR ATHEISTS! or whatever. by their
fruits ye shall know them, and God shall judge truly! that I bear
fruit, that is what I'm interested in. what did god command in the
beginning, to love justice, practice mercy and walk humbly with god
(and goddess), the father-mother

Ok, I've given my light. Thanks for reading. Now I can sleep well
whatever people eat or drink. I have born witness, and will continue
to do so, in other times and places, here and there.
