entitled "The Tuesday Special Documentary" on UK Central TV whereby
they filmed me typing up the final pages of the manuscript which was
soon after (the same year of 1994) to be sold as a Home Study Course
and is the exact same Text which has now been STOLEN by Mindtree Ltd.

Yes indeed I have Television Show Evidence dating to 1994 – National

selling via Mindtree Ltd and its associates.

my copyrighted materials (which Mindtree Ltd have now stolen) for
many years longer than any of the "Directors" listed on the

this industry and indeed can also prove the same regarding Sara Lou

been in the industry for over a decade when in his own messages to my

Paul Brady, we helped Sara Lou-Ann Jones of Mindtree Ltd to get one
of her first ever Media Articles about Mindtree Ltd into the
Middleton Guardian Newspaper when she first set up in Bowlee
(Middleton) and indeed myself and Paul Brady appeared on the
photograph with her on the picture supporting the article, and then
she thanks me by using Mindtree Ltd to Illegally sell my copyrighted
materials.

So here's to the main reason for this posting/blog – its to ask for
your help…

If you've bought the Mindtree Ltd Home Study Course in any of its

such like and I will then use this evidence in my forthcoming court
case against Mindtree Ltd and those involved in these matters.

ACTION against them for FRAUD as they have ILLEGALLY taken your money

Hi all,

I'm new here and I would like to introduce myself. I am Dave and I
live in Wigan Lancashire. I have only been reading the hypnosis
courses for a week now and have in that time grown very confident
that I can become a successful hynotherapist. I have already from
word of mouth got five clients but obviously I am not ready yet but I
hope to be soon.

Could I ask a few questions?

How long did it take you guys to learn? I feel it will take me just a
few weeks to learn the induction and actions word perfect.

How did you feel the first time you performed a session and how
successful was you? Please answer in detail if possible and expand on
who was the person, friend? Etc

Also in the script section there seems only scripts for weight loss,
where can I get more scripts for smoking, stress etc? I feel that by
having my lap top at the side of me I can read the scripts to the
client and this will be more successful for me.

Thank you for your time, I hope to gain more knowledge over the
coming weeks

both of which i was able to put under. What have you spent so much on?

decided to just concentrate on smokers because thats where the money
is so there
is no need to spend more than i have. JR was right its so simple its

believe one i have made money from the smokers then and only then will
i spend

I have just joined the Mindtree ltd yahoo discussion group to have a
nosey. I downloaded a file that is basically a stripped down version
of a hypnosis manual created supposedly by them as a trial/taster
hypnosis course that you can learn before shelling out for the full
version.
Now I have still got your CMT course printed out from back in 1999 or
2000 (when ever it was that I got it). Now I'm not being picky but
shit what a f**king cheek - the content, the layout and procedures in
their manual is straight from your CMT course - a lot of which looks
copied & pasted direct from your word document, other parts have a few
word changes/ swapped around, admittedly parts of the waffle is their
own but the meat of it is definitely CMT - and is being passed as
their work, imagine how much CMT there is included in the full version
at £100+ a pop! It stinks of piracy to me - I have attached a copy of
the trial version for you to see for yourself. By the way you never
heard it from me!

Thanks for your speedy reply, attached as requested is a digital
version of the printed manual which sits on my shelf.

I downloaded the digital version from http://www.hypnotherapycourse.net/
by signing up to their opt in mailing list, which I learnt about from
reading the printed text which I purchased from Amazon.

Incidentally the attached digital version mentions the ISBN Number as
being registered in England in January 2006, however the print version
I bought on Amazon was an American Edition and had an ISBN registered
around 04/05.

I have also noticed in both texts mention of the text being copyright
to "Prospect House Publishing" in 1998 and having now contacted them
they have stated to me that the majority of the text has provable
copyright tracing back to 1995 and earlier.

Indeed within their communication with me today they stated that some
sections of the text have traceable and enforceable copyright going
back as far as 1993.

In the same manner that I have emailed you this digital version of
their text, I have also emailed them the digital version of your text
as I wish to discover who is misleading me and from whom I am legally
entitled a full refund and apology.

The representative of Prospect House Publishing and The Mindcare
Organisation Ltd to whom I spoke to earlier, has clearly stated to me
that people have violated their copyrighted materials before, and even
in cases where only a small section of their work has been stolen they
have taken legal action.

Indeed they mentioned having successfully taken such action against
several people in the past, including a case in the Leeds High Court,
which prompts me to ask why would they say this unless they are in the
right and you are in the wrong?

Please provide a satisfactory explanation and/or refund my money if
you are unable to do so.

I purchased the hypnotherapy course from Mindtree. I paid £155.00 to
get the
printed version and i also have the pdf file on the pc.

When i bought your course i was reading it and thinking i have read
this before,
i said to my partner that something strange was going on there were to
many
similarities, so i guess i was right.

I feel annoyed that i have paid out £155.00, if i had seen your one
first i
would have saved money. It's not good to think that someone has
stolen another
person’s work, but like someone else said what goes around comes

and book which has an ISBN tracing to early January 2006 - this being
BEFORE

Dave Holland learnt Hypnosis and CMT from my training materials as he

Admitted in his own postings to my Yahoo Newsgroup which I have on
file as

Evidence for court.

This same text has also been released as an American edition in print
(see

Amazon) and that has an ISBN tracing back to 04/05 well before Holland
ever

Learnt hypnosis (based on his own postings to my Yahoo Group)..

Further the majority of this text and certainly most all of the text
which

Holland and Mindtree Ltd have illegally plagiarised, copied and pasted
and

Directly stolen etc can be proven to have been written by me, supplied
to others

and copyrighted etc as far back as November 2003.

How Holland & MIndtree Ltd can possibly claim copyright to 1998 when
a) Holland

by his own postings has admitted he did not learn until early 2006 and
learnt

from my materials which have now been stolen. This action in itself is
misleading

the public (Fraud) and is actually a criminal offence on top of the
copyright

infringement for which you are quite clearly liable.

My final email to follow will illustrate how you may rectify this
matter out of

court, and I would appreciate it Sara if you ensured that both Dave
Holland and

Jimmy get a copy of the next email which will be sent with suggestions
of how

you may avoid this matter going to court whereby due to evidence I
have:

a) I'd most certainly win the Copyright infringement case and be
awarded damages

etc.

b) I could obtain a court order to have all computers, equipments and
related

Items used in the manufacture and supply of my Legally Copyrighted
materials

seized from all of your premises.

c) I could obtain a court order to stop this ever occurring again,
which if it

then did would become breach of a court order and this would then be a
criminal

and imprisonable offence.

d) Most likely such a Copyright case involving Hypnosis etc would
attract much

journalistic interest and given that Mindtree Ltd and Dave Holland are
quite

Clearly guilty in this matter, this could prove to be extremely
detrimental

publicity for Mindtree Ltd and all involved and/or connected to
MindTree Ltd.

As such I'd respectfully suggest that you seriously consider
implementing with

immediate effect the steps and actions outlined in my next email as
the logical

alternative to Court proceedings whereby not only would I be seeking

above and damages etc, but also you'd become liable for all of my
legal costs as

well as your own.

Mindcare Organsiation Ltd. It should the also be made clear that such

information and training is provided under license from Dr. Jonathan
Royle and

the Aforementioned companies. Finally the course must also provide a
link to my

internet site of www.hypnotherapycourse.net so that students may seek
further

study materials from me the person who truly put the Mindtree Ltd Home
Study

Course Information together.

2) Should you choose to update the course and all advertising etc (as
outlined

above) then a one time licence fee will become payable to us of no
less and no

more (on condition that such is paid within the next 14 days in full
and all

actions mentioned above are taken) of One Thousand Pounds UK Sterling
(£1,000)

- this is merely a token amount to enforce my legal rights under the
copyright,

designs and patents act 1988 to be identified at all times as the

Legal Advisors at the earliest opportunity.

As previously sent to you via email (of which I have proof on file) I
have once again below included a copy of the email and written letter
sent by post to you on 12/12/2008 for which proof of posting is in my
possession.

However to ensure that you are 100% aware of the contents of the
letter/email dated 12/12/08 I have included a copy of same below for
attention of yourself and your legal advisors.

Further despite several previous requests for a correspondence address
upon which to serve legal documents and court proceedings, such has
not been forthcoming.

Therefore I would once again request that a correspondence addresses

individuals are forwarded to me by return along with a legal

You have continued to harass and threaten me by email, letter and on
facebook (plus the vile comment in my honesty box which facebook have
confirmed was indeed you). You have posted statements all over
facebook, chat groups and NLP Connections in regards to myself and
mindtree ( which have all been noted and continue to be so), all of
these websites have confirmed that this isn't even the first time you
have been a nuisance to their websites, they have all had complaints
about you previously and have had to delete your threads on so many
occasions, especially NLP Connections, it seems to be a regular thing
for you trying to cause trouble on their website and they are all
aware of your dealings.

You are now continuing to threaten me with court action which I know
you are aware is against the law as you have been reminded of this
previously from other people it seems, and you are now trying to
threaten me and blackmail me for money too... I doubt your lawyer
advised you of this.

It seems ever since Mindtree started and dave came onboard as a
trainer you have had a vendetta against me and have gone out of your
way to try and sabotage Mindtree in whatever way you could.... I even
still have the vile text messages you sent me on my old phone when I
had the hypnotherapy centre including one saying "do I feel the
chemistry between us", obviously as I never replied as it wasn't
reciprocated you have started harassing me even more and doing
whatever you can to cause trouble.

I was warned about you right from the beginning Alex, I actually had
Nick from Mental Combat ring me up and warn me that you were trouble,
it seems you have tried to cause trouble for a lot of other people and
other businesses too, I was obviously very naive in believing anything
you said, you even told me yourself that you were an alcoholic and had
been in trouble for all sorts of bad things, I had no idea about the
News of the World Story and what you had been up to with young girls.

Since I have told you on several occasions that I have had nothing to
do with writing any home study course nor had i ever read or studied
any of your material, yet you have continued to harass and threaten me
this is now a police matter, I have absolutely every email, letter,
postings that you continue to post from all sites and vile comments
and text messages that you have ever sent me harassing me and it seems
you have done this to other people too and I am not the first.

Plus i'd never actually seen any of "your" so called material before

of your so called course (that you say you have written and is 100%
all your own work) into the internet parts of it comes up on anthony
robbins website and from his book and quite a few other peoples

With the greatest of respect None of your email is in any way relevant

For your information any small (and they are tiny sections) of my work
which are

either based upon or refer to others work are legal due to The
Copyrights

Designs and Patents Act 1988 "Fair Useage" clause and the fact people
are

credited, their products plugged etc.

As already stated the legal copyright position of my work has already
been

established and proven in the Leeds District Division of the High
Court and rock

solid evidence of my legal copyright and creation of such is available
as far

back as 1993.

Once again I request that you supply by return Postal Correspondence
addresses

upon which Court Documents can be served as it seems clear from your
emails that

none of the parties involved on your side have any intention of
settling this

matter in an amicable manner and without the need for Court Action.

Should such postal address not be received by 14th Jan 2009 then I

option but to appoint a legal representative to serve documents upon
you at one

of your live training events o public appearances which are all openly

advertised all over the internet.

As for an Honesty Box on Facebook - I have no idea what you are on

prove that this has nothing to do with me - please be aware to accuse
me of such

Incidentally just because something appears in a paper does not mean
it is in

anyway based on facts, perhaps you'd do well in future not to accuse
people of

things which they have not done, certainly not in the context that you

Its ironic but if you check my photos on facebook you will find a file
of

Certificates and one of them contains a copy of my Personal Alcohol
License, in

order to acquire this I had to pass Police Checks and guess what I did
as there

is NOTHING at all on my criminal record or to make it clearer I HAVE
NO CRIMINAL

RECORD as otherwise I would not have been passed for a Personal
Alcohol License

I only state this to make you aware that perhaps you should not
believe

everything you read on the net and/or what others tell you about me,

I have no issues with you, Jimmy or Dave on a personal level, I merely

Business is business and indeed when you actually bother to go and see
a Lawyer

and show them all of the evidence I have on file against yourselves

In a recent book,"All in the Mind" by stage hypnotist Andrew Newton
the following material occurs; Dr. Jonathan Royle PhD., an individual
who also goes under the name Alex Leroy when he performs stage
hypnotism shows in pubs, but whose real name is Alex Smith, or
prisoner number DW4664 as he was known during his tenure at Wakefield
Prison, an institution for which he was a guest of Her Majesty
following a conviction for handling counterfeit pound coins, amongst
other things. Within the profession, he is best known for his claim
that he could hypnotise any woman to have sex with him. To back up
this immature claim, he provided channel five with a video which
apparently shows him having sex with a young lady who appears to be
unconscious.

in a council flat. His website shows him posing on a series of
expensive cars – again, ironic as he doesn’t even have a driving
licence! The number plates on at least one of these cars is fake and
he doesn’t own any of them.
He gained some notoriety in the 1990’s by courting publicity (at any
cost) and claimed to have hypnotised a young girl and had sex with her
without her knowledge. This is called rape I think. The act was filmed
by Smith and the footage given to a Channel 5 programme called
‘Hypnosis Ruined My Life’. He was grinning at the camera during
intercourse and the young girl certainly appears to be unconscious.
His most famous stunt was telling a young lady at one of his sordid
stage shows that when she woke up, she would think she had just been
raped. This young woman was clearly distressed and Smith (Leroy) lis
seen laughing at her. Again, this footage was shown on TV, but I
cannot remember which programme as it was several years ago, in the
mid 1990’s. I do remember that it was on one of the regional talk
shows that were popular at the time. During another TV appearance for
Central TV’s ‘Weekend’ programme, he stood up in the studio audience
and told a woman whose daughter had died to ’show us your tits!’ Such
is the calibre of this individual!
He is universally reviled in the business and is a pariah amongst
hypnotherapists and stage hypnotists alike, although it would be fair
to say that he has a small following made up of people who are not
aware of his background. He has been refused membership of the
Federation of Ethical Stage Hypnotists, the body representing the
profession in the UK. He caims to have all sorts of qualifications
which are all entirely bogus. Royle offers a Diploma Mill service of
his own, where you can buy 200 certificates for just £50.00!!!
Any criticism of Royle is answered by childish histrionics. He has
libelled and defamed many an established practitioner, in fact anyone
who has dared criticise him, including the famous Gil Boyne.
He did serve a 12 month prison sentence from a judge at Manchester
Crown Court in the mid 1990’s for counterfeit money, and an undercover
reporter from the News of the World (Alan Breeze) exposed him for
offering prostitutes and young underage girls for sex in a Manchester
Hotel. It might be worth your while speaking to Alan Breeze, although
I wouldn’t have a contact number for him – I’m in Cape Town at the
moment. It is possible that Alan Breeze is freelance, but I’m sure he
would be willing to help you. Maybe there’s a story in it!
A few months ago, he was arrested and charged with the rape of an
underage girl, but was eventually released without charge (this
information comes from one of his own blogs.) I also heard that he had
already been in trouble for threatening behaviour, even turning up at
the gentleman’s home, but I’m sorry I don’t have any more information
on that.
You would not be the first person Alex Smith has threatened; he has an
unfortunate habit of threatening legal action for Libel and such
nonsense, but as I say, he is best ignored. His real problem is that
he lives in his own fantasy world and hasn’t grown up. Occasionally I
see that I am mentioned (not always in the most flattering terms) on
his chatroom postings, but again, my policy is ignore him as he is a
very foolish and silly young man. I did have to threaten him with
legal action a couple of years ago for selling copies of my products
on one of his many websites and fortunately he desisted.
A few years ago, I was booked by his business partner, Peter Hill, to
do a weekend seminar in Manchester and a morning’s presentation in
Birmingham, which is where I first met Smith. He came accross to me as
a thoroughly nasty individual who would sell his own grandmother down
the river. I have not had any contact with him since, apart from the
incident mentioned in the previous paragraph, and nor would I want to.
He does have a lot of websites (as well as aliases) and maybe that is
one reason he is difficult to pin down. If you have time, I would do a
thorough internet search because I feel sure you would find out more.
I feel that you are dealing with someone who is not only dishonest,
but deeply disturbed and I hope you have success with the police, who
have in the past appeared powerless to bring him to book.
Well Sara, I hope this is of help to you. As I say, anything I can do

IS VERY ADEPT AT MAKING UP FALSE – UNTRUE AND FABRICATED STORIES AND

A few months ago, he was arrested and charged with the rape of an
underage girl, but was eventually released without charge (this
information comes from one of his own blogs.)
FACT: I HAVE NEVER BEEN ARRESTED AND/OR CHARGE FOR RAPE OF AN UNDERAGE
GIRL. I DEFY ANYONE TO FIND ANY BLOG I HAVE POSTED WHICH STATES
OTHERWISE. I HAVE NO CRIMINAL RECORD OF ANY KIND (HENCE THE REASON I
RECENTLY WAS GRANTED A PERSONAL ALCHOHOL LICENCE AFTER BEING POLICE
CHECKED) – I WAS ONCE HOWEVER QUESTIONED ON SUSPICION OF RAPE – THE
END RESULT BEING THAT I WAS RELEASED WITHOUT ANY CHARGES AS THE
EVIDENCE AND PROOF WAS SUCH THAT IT WAS PROVEN BEYOND ANY REASONABLE
DOUBT THAT I DID NOT DO ANYTHING – NEVER HAVE DONE ANYTHING OF THE
KIND AND THAT FALSE ALLEGATIONS HAD BEEN MADE AGAINST ME BY A CLEARLY
UNSTABLE ATTENTION SEEKING INDIVIDUAL.
I also heard that he had already been in trouble for threatening
behaviour, even turning up at the gentleman’s home, but I’m sorry I
don’t have any more information on that.
FACT: THIS IS A DOWNRIGHT LIE – I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN TROUBLE FOR
SUCH.
You would not be the first person Alex Smith has threatened; he has an
unfortunate habit of threatening legal action for Libel and such
nonsense, but as I say, he is best ignored. His real problem is that
he lives in his own fantasy world and hasn’t grown up. Occasionally I
see that I am mentioned (not always in the most flattering terms) on
his chatroom postings, but again, my policy is ignore him as he is a
very foolish and silly young man. I did have to threaten him with
legal action a couple of years ago for selling copies of my products
on one of his many websites and fortunately he desisted.
FACT: THE ANDREW NEWTON DVD’S WHICH WERE ONCE BEING SOLD ON MY
WEBSITES WERE DONE SO AT THE TIME WITH SIGNED LEGAL PERMISSION AND
CONTRACTS OF SUCH FROM NEWTON IN MY POSESSION. IN OTHERWORDS THEY WERE
100% LEGALLY ADVERTISED AND SOLD AND NEWTON RECEIVED HIS COMISSION
PERCENTAGE – HOWEVER AFTER SOME TIME AND AFTER ME DISCOVERING NEWTON
HAD STABBED ME IN THE BACK WE CHOOSE TO REMOVE THEM FROM SALE AND GIVE
HIM THE TOTAL RIGHT’S TO THEM TO SHUT UP THE INDIVIDUAL.
A few years ago, I was booked by his business partner, Peter Hill, to
do a weekend seminar in Manchester and a morning’s presentation in
Birmingham, which is where I first met Smith. He came accross to me as
a thoroughly nasty individual who would sell his own grandmother down
the river. I have not had any contact with him since, apart from the
incident mentioned in the previous paragraph, and nor would I want to.
FACTS: IT WAS ME THAT EMPLOYED NEWTON’S SERVICES AS I PLAYED THE 90%
PART WITH PETER HILL ONLY DOING AROUND 10% OF THE ORGANISATION ETC OF
THE EVENTS AT WHICH NEWTON SPOKE FOR US. ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS PRIOR
AND AFTER THIS NEWTON AND ME (AND PETER HILL) MET IN PERSON – THERE IS
VIDEO EVIDENCE OF SUCH TIME S AS ME ACTING AS A STOOGE FOR NEWTON AND
HAVING TO HYPNOTISE PEOPLE FOR HIM WHILST FILMING STREET HYPNOSIS ETC
AMONGST OTHER EVIDENCE TO SHOW THIS COMMENT IS UNTRUE ALSO.
He does have a lot of websites (as well as aliases) and maybe that is
one reason he is difficult to pin down. If you have time, I would do a
thorough internet search because I feel sure you would find out more.
I feel that you are dealing with someone who is not only dishonest,
but deeply disturbed and I hope you have success with the police, who
have in the past appeared powerless to bring him to book.

A CHILDREN’S TV presenter is today exposed by the News of the World as
a dope-peddling pimp who offers 12-year-old girls for sex. Odious Alex
Smith boasts of bedding under-age beauties himself-and astonishingly
also sells counterfeit cash and illegal firearms. “I can get girls,
drugs, guns-anything you want,” bragged the 22-year- old skinhead who
does magic tricks for kiddie viewers of the popular
Nickelodeon satellite channel.
“If you told me to get you a 12-year-old girl to sleep with I could do
it. I do things for money-simple as that. I don’t mind breaking the
law.” To prove it, sleazy Smith sold our undercover reporter 1,000
near-
perfect phoney pound coins for Pounds 400 to use in cigarette and
stamp machines. But the money-grabber’s most sickening ‘commodity’ is
“hard-up young local girls who’ll do anything for cash.”
That was what he offered our man posing as a pornographer when they
met at Manchester’s plush Jarvis Piccadilly Hotel. Said Smith: I can
get any girls you like. Any age-any nationality. I have hookers and
models. They’ll have sex on video. They’ll do lesbian stuff…
everything. I’m filming
one next week. Sex will cost you Pounds 50. But for filming I want
between Pounds 750
and Pounds 1,000 a day.
I’ve got three girls lined up who are over 16 but look very young. You
could dress them up in schoolgirl outfits. Smith, a clown’s son from
Rochdale, Lancs, uses the money he makes
from his criminal deals to finance his bizarre showbiz career. He
makes tots giggle with spoon-bending stunts on Nickelodeon. And-using
the name Alex Le Roy-he was exposed as a stage hypnotist who lures
spellbound women into sex sessions.
Using a third name-Alex Alexander-he dropped his trousers as a
publicity stunt on BBC1’s daytime TV show Kilroy.
He has also appeared on Channel 4’s Big Breakfast show where he “read”
Zoe Ball’s navel.
Smith boasted of his showbiz coups as he downed pints and puffed
cigars at the hotel.
Then-switching to his pimp’s role-he phoned two hookers and arranged
for them to meet our man.
“You’ll have two of my ladies here tonight,” he announced. “It’s
Pounds 100 per girl for the first hour.”
Putting his drug-dealer’s hat on, Smith revealed: “My man’s got access
in about 20 minutes to a kilo of whizz (street slang for
amphetamines) .
There’s some good hash around. I can get you anything you want. I
normally get drugs within the hour. Cocaine depends on the man who
imports it being at home.”
The corrupt conjuror then asked if our man wanted to buy fire arms. He
claimed
he could even acquire an Uzi machine gun from his contact in
Manchester’s tough Moss Side district.
“If the money’s right I can get you anything,” he said. “You pay about
£750 notes for an Uzi. Give me 24 hours.” After Smith left, the two
hookers he fixed turned up. Busty Lynsey, 18, wore a
see-through black dress and white undies.
Sue, 24, a single mum from Salford, said they both worked at the local
Xanadu massage parlour.
“We’ve got a mixed sauna tonight,” she said. “It’s like an orgy.” The
girls peeled off their dresses and relaxed on the sofa, downing
drinks.
Said Lynsey: “I have about five or six punters a day.”
Sue, wearing red lace undies, said: “I used to be a receptionist. But
I thought I’d give this a try.”
Our investigator declined their offers of sex and sent them packing.
Smith arrived for his next meeting escorted by his heavily pregnant
blonde girlfriend Yvette.
He was carrying a holdall crammed with fake Pounds 1 coins. “They’re
stamped on the front, back and edges,” he explained.
Then, pointing to Yvette, he bragged sickeningly: “She’s 16. And she
was under-age when I first slept with her. I’m trying to persuade her

13, 14,15, 16-as long as they’re up for it. It’ll be more money than
they’ve seen in their lives.”
Yvette replied: “Yeah, I’ll try.”
Smith then tried to sell our man more drugs. He asked for Pounds 800
for half a kilo of amphetamines. He also offered cocaine for Pounds 70
a gram.
Our investigator declined Smith’s sleazy offers and told the mucky
magician to disappear.
Even Smith’s magic wand will not help him now-because we are handing
our bulging dossier on him to the police.

NOW FOR SOME FURTHER FACTS ABOUT ANDREW NEWTON..
PS: With Regards To Andrew Newton (The Man Who Claims to have taught
Paul McKenna) his words should be taken with a pinch of salt.
For the record I have photographic, video & audio recording evidence
along with witnesses to the fact that I once hypnotised Andrew Newton
to believe he was called “tony” and take part in a Adults only style
Comedy Hypnosis Show that I did on KERRANG RADIO in Birmingham. Either
He was “stooging” for me or he was genuinely under – either way a
little odd for the Man Who Claims to have taught Paul McKenna don’t
you think?
Further there are several witnesses to the fact that whilst Drunk
Andrew Newton admitted to several people at one of the seminars I’d
arranged which he was speaking at that in the early 1990’s he had
attempted to engage the services of a “hitman” to have me seriously
done over and perhaps even worst?
I also have further evidence (emails and documentation etc) to show
that more recently Newton has it would appear attempted to have me
done over in a most serious manner again – fortunately without
success.
And I also have video evidence of Newton failing to get people under
hypnosis whilst attempting to do Street Hypnosis at a seaside resort,
so much so that I had to hypnotise the people first for him and
instruct them to react to Newton on camera (which they did) and to top
it all I have video evidence that Newton asked me to stooge for him
(which I agreed to do for the sake of the filming) hardly the actions
you’d expect of the self proclaimed worlds most experienced hypnotist
is it?
Further I have signed contracts and such on file to show that I was
indeed Largely Involved and responsible for arranging Newtons first
ever couple of hypnosis seminars (the first of which was so bad people
walked out and demanded refunds) and the second which was better as by
then I’d advised Newton on how to do seminars properly and given him
my “There’s No Such Thing As Hypnosis” DVDS to watch.
Oddly look at the order that Suggestiiblity Tests and Inductions are
listed in Newtons book and compare this with my “Theres No Such Thing
As Hypnosis” dvds which were filmed many years before Newotn either
wrote and/or released his book and it becomes clear that he “Modelled”
or some would say COPIED much of my work without any credit to me,
which is ironic as whenever I refer to any of Newton’s work (of which
he is aware) I always credit him and also plug his internet site etc…
And to top the lot Newton released a DVD etc teaching what he calls
the Andrew Newton 60 Second Induction Technique, but which anyone who
was present (and there are many witnesses) would know is actually a 90%
+ if not more direct rip off of Tom Bolton’s C-A-L-M and other rapid
relaxation induction methods which he taught to all at a seminar in
Birmingham which I had organised and at which Andrew Newton was
present. In fact I have audio recording proof from witnesses that were
present that they heard Newton say something such as “That’s bloody
fantastic I’ll use that” after witnessing Tom Bolton present the
technique which Newton it appears has now adapted (ever so slightly
still its 90-99% Bolton’s approach) and is claiming as his own
original work.
Finally regards Newton and his book “All in The Mind” which as
explained earlier is exteremely badly researched and full of errors,
lies and untruths (as mentioned and proven earlier in this posting)
I’d actually say read the book as it’s the most hilarious bitter
rantings and ravings of a “has been” hypnotist who missed the TV Boat
and now hates Paul McKenna with a vegance.
In fact when you read Newtons book it comes across as if he pretty
much hates any hypnotist who is not called Andrew Newton. I personally
was amazed at the chapter where Newton intimates that Paul McKenna
tried it on with one of his female friends (the writing comes across
to me at least and those that I’ve shown it as if Newton is trying to
make out that McKenna forced himself sexually onto a female) – to be
honest I am certain there are large sections of Newtons book which are
clearly defamation of character to many celebrities…
